‘Tis the season to be traveling to see family of family and friends, and of course enjoying holiday cooking! Its also a time where vacations are taken to enjoy beach weather (and avoiding the freezing cold and snow at home!) In the spirit of the season, whether we’re home, at a family-members house, or on vacation, it can be challenging to remember the foods that make us really feel healthy – and what can make us feel sluggish, bloated and sometimes even acidic.
Many of us choose to do a detox or begin a health and fitness plan in the New Year, so whether or not you start today or in a week, these foods to avoid and foods to enjoy will ensure that you’re feeling great after every meal!
This is also a great list to adhere to whenever you have a special event or holiday coming up so that you’re confident and eager to throw on your favourite fitted dress or teensy swimsuit.
